I had a beautiful room pool view, amazing!!! the housekeeping staff, especially ramadan, kept it very clean. i loved the towel art. It added a special touch to the room.
The minibar only included water refills. Soft drinks like cola and sprite were not restocked.

the staff were great, always going the extra mile. facilities were great with a luxurious room setup. the weather was beautiful throughout my stay.
my first room was on the first floor right next to the restaurant. early morning once breakfast started i was awakened by the piano music playing. that first night i could hear what sounded like a generator running constantly all night. this was disturbing as there was no way to stop the sound.

I found the staff to be friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. The buffet offered a wide choice of meals for any taste. It was AMAZING!!! The beach area was also wonderful. The room attendants took great care of our rest by ensuring comfort and cleanliness in our room.
The alcoholic drinks were not the best, they tasted watered down. I wish there were better quality alcohol available without paying extra. The locally produced Egyptian drinks were awful. I think the hotel could improve on this aspect to enhance the overall experience.

Every lunch and dinner presented an amazing selection of choices. The standard of food was really good. I haven't eaten so well in an all-inclusive hotel for years. There are multiple a la carte restaurants available for use every night. The Chinese restaurant was particularly amazing.

The pool area and the pool were very clean. Loungers were always available. The beach area was excellent. It offered very comfy beds and a clean beach. The beach features clear water and soft sand. Everything was super clean!

The gym had AMAZING equipment!!! I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. Our room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The main pool was super clean and its temperature was just perfect.
The minibar restock only included water. Other soft drinks such as cola were not replenished.

Fantastic Resort Experience

I stayed in a beautiful room pool view. The room was well kept by the housekeeping staff. Ibrahim. Bassam at the pool ensured I was well taken care of and Amr constantly brought drinks to the top pool. All restaurants offered amazing dining options and the reefs provided an excellent experience.
The alcoholic drinks were bad, the alcohol was locally produced and watered down.
